Tim is a research assistant working on the development of interactive science, literacy and history games for Possible Worlds and Mission America. Tim is also part of our Intel project team, working to describe potential benefits of teaching and learning made possible by good uses of readily available technologies. Before coming to CCT, Tim earned his B.A. in Philosophy from SUNY Plattsburgh, where he completed his honors thesis on the ideological and rhetorical roots of high stakes testing in American education. After graduating, Tim spent time in post-Katrina New Orleans, where he worked as a community organizer helping residents of the city's 9th Wardrebuild there community.
